CONDITION REPORT

Case is in overall good condition with slight signs of wear. Dial is nice and clean. Luminor dots material is intact and original, and the patina is matches perfectly with the hands. Very nice, warm patina. Movement is running and the date function performs correctly at midnight.

PERSONAL NOTES

This is a perfect example of the legendary Rolex Explorer II orange hand. Sometimes this watch is also called the Steve Mc Queen. But to be honest, I don’t know why. There are absolutely no pictures existing of Steve Mc Queen wearing this watch. The dial is very nice with a warm patina. In my opinion, this later dial version is one of the nicest. The hands are original and match perfectly with the warm patina of the dial. A really cool and nice watch.
